*spoiler: the answer is a surprising yes for the product that won this comparison and our columnist Barry plans on posting a more detailed review soon - this is after 12 days!
Ear ringing - and more specifically, stopping it has become a new sensation of discussion in the medical field and its news has spread across social media and other outlets... and rightfully so. To imagine getting rid of a sound that's "not real" to anyone else, a true life interruptor, all because you counter-balance little molecules in your body with some natural ingredients sounds far fetched. So how much truth is there to these claims?
Well a couple reputable companies have spent the time and money developing supplements that have gained a lot of traction in this area, and we decided to put them to the test so you don't have to.
We compared the top 3 products designed to put a stop to ear ringing and support higher ear function (including combating old damage). After comparing these products in-depth for 6 weeks - we have listed the pros, the cons, and where to find the find the best price online.
UltraEar was the "original" product designed to curb ear ringing naturally. and it ranks number one on our list for several reasons. The most notable of which is it simply over delivered in every area imaginable when compared to the other two products in this comparison.
The formula of UltraEar is the real key. Not just because of its natural ingredients, but because of its " proprietary method" for compacting the ingredients in a way that allows for much more to fit inside each dropper. The end result is - you only need to take ONE dropper instead of two (Cortexi) and you actually get more good ingredients... but more on that in a second.
Our columnist Barry, gave UltraEar a full go while working from home over a break and was amazed at what he was hearing (and more specifically not hearing) in only two weeks! Barry has never been big on products with a lot of hype around them, so that makes his words on UltraEar that much more impressive "... I have to admit, I never thought in a million years that some good nutrition or some 'golden formula' would ever do a darn thing for a problem I've had for longer than I can remember - I've never been happier to be wrong in my entire life." Although Barry doesn't write for our nutrition section, we plan on posting his story here as soon as we can.
Now, back to the formula... At first, we were skeptical with the low dosage of only one dropper compared to the other products, but the results eventually spoke for themselves. We are not here to bash any other products but the amount of Maca Root in cortexi when we examined the liquid was ridiculous. Mind you; this is the cheapest of the ingredients and arguably the most ineffective when it comes to combatting ear ringing. You can visibly tell the UltraEar formula is more diverse and seems to be much more concentrated.
Possibly the best news... we found what appears to be a friends and family coupon for a HEFTY discount. We love a good deal as much as any value shopper out there, so if this product is right for you - happy savings!

Coretexi is the newcomer to the space, and it performed ok. For the most part it seems the team tried to come as close as possible to achieving the UltraEar formula (the similarities are uncanny) but the obvious disadvantage is that you have to take 2 droppers to get there due to the product apparently not being as highly concentrated. Even though Coretexi suggests taking one dropper, if you weigh out the ingredients and compare to the directions on the bottle... you actually need two.
When we emptied the product out and examined - things got really concerning. Maca Root (a common filler with a very distinct look) seemed to be the majority of what was inside the dropper. So while the company is preaching about ingredients that are natural and coming from the mountains in their beautiful sales video... this sadly doesn't appear to be the full truth.
As far as the results go, there wasn't much to note although time could be playing a factor. It seems like if the formula on the label was actually delivered there should be no reason to believe it wouldn't be helpful, so hopefully the manufacturer adjusts their process. This is also a note that the marketing people at Cortexi seems to focus heavily on so it was a little disappointing that it didn't deliver as well.
Overall Cortexi is a decent product for achieving some less ear ringing, and worth trying if UltraEar is sold out or if you want to do your own comparison. We hope the team over there gets their act together and gets the formula stated on the bottle eventually in the dropper so we can get a true apples-to-apples comparison. In the meantime we have found a discounted link that we have included below.

Exipure comes in at number three on our list for a few different reasons. Overall it really just doesn't stack up to the other two products compared. It seems like this product was originally designed as more of a simple "general health" which it might work well as, but it falls terribly short when trying to achieve anything more.
Purchasing on Amazon is always a plus, but unless you are looking for some general health product with good (but overpriced) ingedients, you should stay away from Exipure. As pretty as the website looks - it seems like that is where the company behind it focused most of its time on... the looks and marketing. We were unable to find a great discount for this product but it is readily available online and easy to find.
